Utility Line Locater / Damage Prevention Tech - 22 016
Job Description
- Locate underground (buried) utilities
- Operate electronic detection equipment to locate and mark underground facilities within required accuracy limits
- Provide accurate sketches and documentation for all locates completed
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Must be capable of trouble shooting and problem solving
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions
- Possess valid driver’s license – G2 is sufficient
- Candidate needs to have basic computer skills
- Applicant must possess excellent English (verbal and written) skills
- Must have high school diploma
Provided: Company vehicle, cell phone, weather-appropriate gear as required (ex. winter coat, boots)
No experience necessary – Employer will provide training for all job duties!
