Job Description
Security
- Open and/or close of building
- Check all doors within office building are locked
- Cleaner (entrances into building and 4 washrooms along with main mall floors with the use of mop and bucket along with floor machine)
- Snow removal around building
- Ceiling tiles and ceilings light replacement within tenants’ spaces
- Inspections of mechanical rooms to make sure equipment is on
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to climb a ladder to change ceiling tiles and lights (Standard office height)
- Must be able to shovel snow with shovel and operate snow removal machine
- The employer will train on all job requirements
- Must also cover other shifts during vacations and sickness (afternoon, evening shift and weekend shift)
