Summer Student – Fund Development Assistant

SUMMER STUDENT OPPORTUNITY

  • 8 week employment opportunity
  • Salary is $16/hour
  • 35 hours/week
  • Work will be completed in the office
  • Must be returning to School in September 2022

Key Responsibilities

The Fund Development Assistant would provide support to the fund development department with aspects of fundraising and communications including:

  • Preparing event logistics,
  • producing and sending letters and other donor correspondence.
  • Liaising with community vendors and groups
  • Assisting with donor relations
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies and the Ontario Health and Safety Act.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements & Prerequisites

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program; returning to school in September 2022.
  • Ability to write concise, clear notes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
