Position Overview

Flamborough Hills Golf Club is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team for the 2024 season. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality results, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Team members will contribute to the daily conditioning, appearance, and overall playability of the golf course.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and rough
• Daily course setup, including pin changes, tee marker placement, and waste collection
• Bunker raking and general bunker maintenance
• Line trimming and landscape detailing
• Assisting with small to large projects such as sodding, turf repairs, and course improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong desire to work outdoors in a team-focused environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation to and from the golf course
• Consistent punctuality and dependability
• Ability to complete all required training before employment
• Physically capable of performing manual labour
• Availability to work every other weekend shifts as needed
