Job Description

We are a family-run landscaping company with over 30 years of experience serving residential and commercial clients. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for dependable service, and high-quality workmanship. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team.

Summer work includes:

lawn and grass maintenance (including cutting, trimming, edging, and blowing)
garden and flower bed maintenance (including weed removal, planting, mulching, pruning, and general upkeep)
occasional landscaping construction projects (including interlock, retaining walls, sod installation, grading)
safe operation and daily maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools

Winter work includes:

operating snow removal equipment and machinery
clearing snow from parking lots, driveways, walkways/sidewalks
applying salt and ice-melting products when required
monitoring weather conditions and responding during snow events
ensuring properties remain safe and accessible during winter conditions

Requirements & Prerequisites

strong work ethic and positive attitude
dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
physically capable of performing manual labour
can follow instructions and work safely and efficiently
have experience operating landscaping or snow removal equipment (preferred but not required)
hold a valid G Driver’s License with a clean abstract (preferred but not required)
Candidates must also have reliable transportation in order to report to our shop every day
