SUMMER STUDENT
Job Description
Position: SUMMER STUDENT
Location: Hamilton, Ontario.
Hourly Rate: $19-$22 per hour.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Summer Students may be assigned to one or more of the following departments based on operational needs and skills:
- Grounds Maintenance
- Construction
- Residential
- Farm/Yard
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general labour duties across assigned departments
- Support maintenance, cleanup, and site preparation activities
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment as required (training provided)
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in school or returning to school in the fall
- Ability to perform physical labour in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Previous labour experience is an asset but not required
