Administrative Technician
Job Description
- Reading and understanding Health Canada regulations and applying them to biological imports.
- Reading and writing SOP’s.
- Answering phone calls and emails regarding client inquiries.
- Additional tasks for lab support.
Requirements & Prerequisites
- A college/university degree or certificate in a related field or 1 year experience in an applicable position.
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in French is an asset).
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, email, and Excel.
- The ability to understand and apply complex regulations to your work.
