Job Description

Formula Solutions Inc. is currently hiring for the role of NDI Level II in the Quality Department. Prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) in Composite structures using NDT methods of inspection (specifically ultrasonic inspection, A-scan and C-scan)
• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Design and create NDT reference standard for carbon fiber composite parts
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
• Familiar with the codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the NDT techniques
• Perform Gap analysis per NADCAP NDT requirements and obtain Nadcap certification for FSI and continuation of Nadcap certificate maintenance on an annual basis
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• May instruct and supervise others.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
