Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver / General Labour Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside our field team performing residential and commercial duct cleaning services across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and surrounding areas.

Compensation: $19.50/hr to start. Candidates approved to drive the Ford e450 truck start at $20.00/hr.

Days and Hours of Work: 10 to 20 hours per week. You will be scheduled for approximately 1-2 days per week. Work is primarily Monday through Saturday, day shift. Occasional Sunday and evening availability is required.

Benefits: available after successful completion of the probationary period, including tool and safety boot allowance, pension, and extended benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving company vehicle to and from job sites
  • Executing proper duct cleaning techniques on residential and commercial properties
  • Supporting with furnace, dryer vent, and A/C coil cleaning
  • Maintaining vehicle supplies, cleanliness, and overall presentation
  • Completing job site cleanup following each service
  • Assisting clients with online payments and processing work orders/invoices on site using Android/Apple devices
  • Representing the brand with professionalism and a commitment to 5-star customer service
  • Driving positive customer reviews and business referrals

Requirements & Prerequisites

  • Valid Class G Driver’s Licence with a minimum of 5 years professional driving experience, and a clean abstract from the Ministry of Transportation.
  • Clean Police Check
  • Valid and current WHMIS Certification
  • Clear and fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training
  • Proficiency with mobile technology (Android/Apple) for work order processing
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Assets (not required):

  • Prior experience in the duct cleaning or HVAC industry
