Construction Labourer at Geosource energy

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on worker with construction experience to support geothermal projects.

What You’ll Do

• Execute daily construction labour tasks
• Support drilling crews and site leadership
• Work safely around heavy equipment
• Keep sites organized, efficient, and production-focused
• Assist with equipment positioning and basic operation

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience is required
• Comfortable in physically demanding, outdoor site conditions (mud, uneven terrain)
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to travel to various job sites
• Proven experience working with hand tools
• Experience with loaders or heavy equipment is an asset

Work Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Monday–Friday + overtime opportunities
• Work performed primarily outdoors
• Shift starts at 6:45 AM
• Pay – $26
