Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences in dynamic, scenic environments? Royal Botanical Gardens is looking for a Food and Beverage Concessions Manager to oversee our concessions and provide management support for our on-site restaurants.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage concessions, including pop-ups and special events.
- Support restaurant and catering operations as needed.
- Implement standard operating procedures for efficiency and consistency.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work with our Chef and F&B Manager to develop and manage budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Lead and train a talented concessions staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and AGCO regulations.
Requirements & Prerequisites
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of food preparation, dietary restrictions, and food handling.
- Knowledge of AGCO and Smart Serve regulations.
- Ontario Food Handler Certification and Smart Serve Certification required.
- Experience with staff training, performance management, and customer service.
- Expertise in inventory management, purchasing, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in food and beverage POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
