Job Description
Power Property Contracting Inc. is a well established company in Hamilton for over 25 years specializing in landscaping, property maintenance, demolition, heavy equipment, restoration and emergency services. We are looking for full-time experienced and knowledgeable labourers who would drive the crews to the jobs sites and lead and instruct crew members to ensure jobs are completed in a safe environment and to the customers satisfaction.
Property maintenance tasks: weeding, cutting grass, removal of garbage and debris, board-ups, etc.
WAGE: $19.00 to start with increases to follow to proven individuals
Requirements & Prerequisites
Ability to lead and instruct crew members
Ability to drive pick-up trucks, dump trucks, haul trailers, etc.
Ability to operate power equipment including riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, saws (pruning and chain), bush hog, etc.
Experience with operating skid steers, etc.
Complete daily activity logs on company software
Conduct daily inspections on vehicles, tools and equipment
Construction experience/knowledge a definite asset
Valid G driver’s license in good standing with clean abstract
Minimum 2 years in landscaping / property maintenance
As a crew leader, willing to learn, there is a BIG opportunity for advancement; wage increase. $20.00 PLUS, PLUS
