Job Description

Duties include:

  • driving a pick-up truck to transport crews to work sites within the Greater Hamilton area
  • grass cutting
  • weeding
  • trimming or edging around flower beds
  • ensuring proper disposal of garbage and debris from all job sites
  • following all health, safety and emergency procedures

Please note: this is not just a driving role, but a role where you will be working side by side with the crew

Days & Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm (longer hours during summer, if required)

Wage: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience


Requirements & Prerequisites

  • G license with a Clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Previous experience or working knowledge in a wide variety of landscaping duties
  • Experience or working knowledge using hand tools and equipment including lawn mower, chain saw, trimmers etc.
  • Ability to haul trailers is required
  • Regular and timely attendance is required
  • All job sites are non-smoking
  • Availability to start immediately
