Job Description

– Prepare Purchase Orders. Order materials for jobs to arrive in a timely fashion to avoid delays;

– Ensure that inventories are maintained to prevent stock-out delays;

– Ensure all shipments are made in schedule and that incoming shipments are processed in a timely manner consistent with the company quality requirements and policies;

– Match packing slips and PO with materials received. Review documents for accuracy and resolve any possible discrepancies;

– Prepare materials for jobs and ensure that required quality and quantities of materials are moved to the staging area;

– Oversee the issue of parts, materials, and tools for job. Responsible for issuing materials to trades. Ensure all inventory, materials and supplies paperwork is properly recorded by preparing ICs and updating the job cards;

– Ensure that all out-bound shipments are properly prepared for carrier and ensure that the most cost-effective carrier is selected for each shipment;

– Notify retail customers for orders that are ready for pick up;

– Responsible for ordering warranty parts and/or scheduling repair;

– Ensure that warehouse is organized;

– Performs any other duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to time eg. pick up and delivery of products, helping trades, etc.

***Salary Range- $16-17/HR  / Benefits after probationary period
