Company Profile
Since 1981, the employer has operated as a full cleaning & maintenance Company in the greater Hamilton area. Interior and exterior services support the operation of homes, businesses, condos, buildings and real estate by providing detailed cleaning as well as window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, eaves repair and garden maintenance.
Wage: $16-17/hour
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Vacuum, mop and wash floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture and items
- Make beds and change bed linens
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Empty garbages
- Dust/wash woodwork
Driving duties (if applicable):
- Drive staff to client locations
- Maintain clients on regular cleaning schedule, act as substitute cleaner
- Run errands based on company needs
- Prepare supplies, laundry and clean vacuum
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Cleaning experience an asset but not required.
- Physical requirement – ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, etc.
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Follow job task plans
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Bondable (basic security check required)
Driving requirements (if applicable)
- G License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Able to meet the requirements of the employer’s insurance
