Truck Driver/General Labourer (combo) Immediately Required !
Job Description
Immediate full-time positions available for experienced pick-up drivers for our property maintenance company in Hamilton, Ontario. Duties include driving crews to job sites within the City of Hamilton and active participation in general labourer landscaping type duties. For example, mow or edge lawns, weeding, trimming or edging around flower beds. Ensure property disposal of garbage and debris from all job sites. Follow all health, safety and emergency procedures. Complete all related duties, as required.
Requirements & Prerequisites
Minimum 2 plus years of driving a pick-up truck.
G and or D license.
Ability to haul trailer/floats.
Previous experience and working knowledge in a wide variety of landscaping duties, including board-ups
Experience with landscaping and maintenance hand tools and equipment, tractor mower, chain saw, backhoe, skid steer, mini excavators, etc.
DEFINITE ASSET ——if you are a jack of all trades – demolition experience, etc….
Capable of hard physical, repetitive labour in hot and cold environments.
Regular and timely attendance is a must.
All job sites are non-smoking.
