Job Description
Start Date: ASAP
Status: Full Time/Part Time Mon to Fri
Wage: 15.00 hr + Benefits
Location: Mohawk College Stoney Creek 481.Barton st
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Serve food and beverages to guest
Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu , answering questions
Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks , such as espresso, cafe latte and cappuccino
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
Clean and maintain the store during downtimes / stock product as needed
Cash handling and accurate record customer order information
Preform other restaurant duties as assigned
Requirements & Prerequisites
Excellent customer service skills
Previous Tim Horton work experience is an asset
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
