What You Will do:
- Represent the Company Vision and Inspire the best health care providers to join Team Integrity
- Participate in full cycle recruitment activities
- Participate in employment/hiring events, job fairs, and community events
- Participate in field team scheduling and shift management to meet shift fill targets
- Document updates and file management
- Act as first point of contact and provide internal support for office and field team members
- Provide top notch customer service and Field Team Support
- Participate in the On-call Schedule Rotation
- Be a Brand Ambassador
- Oversee all Social Media platforms and work with the team on various social media projects
- Community Engagement
- Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements & Prerequisites
What You Will Need:
- College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in Business Administration/Human Resources
- Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience and employee support (with proven track record)
- Social media marketing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A creative touch
- Compassion, enthusiasm and positive thinking
- Ability to take initiative and think outside the box
