*This position is for a casual supply teacher position to cover staffing shortages when needed*

The Supply Educator must have a high degree of emotional and physical stamina, a high level of empathy, maturity, patience, objectivity and have the capacity to provide continuity of programming when one of the regular classroom teachers is absent.

The Supply Educator shall be responsible for assisting the regular classroom teacher with:
– daily physical setup and maintenance of the nursery school;
– implementation of developmentally appropriate activities and experiences in accordance with the supervisor and center’s program statement;
– safekeeping, nutrition and health of each child during nursery school activities.
