Site Manager
Job Description
Daytime hours Monday to Friday 9-5
Salary: $20.00 /hour
40 Hours/week
On Site Parking
Benefits after 90-day probation
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via emails, telephone and in person in a polite and professional manner
- Process payments using POS System
- Perform a daily facility and unit check
- Book reservations/rental leads in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Leasing of storage units
- Conduct move out inspections
- Ensure all rentable storage units are clean and ready to show to potential clients
- Maintain accurate records for each customer using Site-Link software (training to be provided)
- Provide ongoing assistance to clients in their use of storage spaces
- Deal with customer complaints and escalations
- Manage accounts receivables with Collection Calls
- Weekly and monthly reporting, Quarterly Inventory Counts
- Collect rent and fees
- Assist with the reconciliation of accounts
- Communicate with other Sites/Managers/Associates/Upper Management
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Keep exterior and interior of property clean, safe and presentable
- Remove garbage items left throughout property grounds
- Liaison with maintenance contractors/landscaper
- General office management and administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Prerequisites
Skills required
Must be Fluent in English
Proficient computer skills (MS-Office, keyboarding and internet)
Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
Well-organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
Demonstrate solid judgment and decision-making skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with Sitelink an asset but not required
Must have at least 5 years of Customer Service
Must have at least 5 years of MS Office experience
