Mobility Device Service Technician
Job Description

We are currently seeking someone who is mechanically inclined and able to lift 75lbs+. Someone who is not afraid to get hands on and find out why a mobility device is not working. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and not just the mechanical side. We provide deliveries and installations of many different products and items that our clients rely on for daily health and well being. General knowledge of office documentation and an outstanding customer service attitude is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile for the client.
Our products range from bathroom safety items, home care hospital style beds, wheeled walkers, mobility scooter, manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and anything else that helps those with limited mobility get around and function in their daily life.
A G glass license with a clean drivers abstract is also required.
If you are an outgoing, enthusiastic, well organized person, please take a look at the duties below of our full time Service Technician to perform:
Diagnose & Repair:
Assessing and troubleshooting issues with clients equipment
Repairing Manual Wheelchairs, Power Wheelchairs, scooters, stair lifts, etc.
Onsite as well as in home services
Repair electrical systems on devices
Program and setup basic power devices
Install and repair elevating devices
Delivery and setup of home care beds
Delivery of misc. products to clients
Office Duties:
Complete all paperwork including delivery signatures, work order, etc.
Provide part numbers required for service/repair.
Outstanding Customer Service
Quote repairs to Sales dept.
Follow Service Schedule
Monthly cycle counts
Yearly physical Inventory
