ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for part time Rehabilitation Facilitators and Relief Facilitators to join our team. This position offers industry-leading wages, as well as a paid orientation, along with on-going professional development opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff work closely with people with ABI. They are responsible to support clients’ personal care routines, and to work with a team to implement clients’ rehabilitation plans and/or behavioural support plans to promote independence, through skill development and empowerment.
Requirements & Prerequisites
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To be a Rehabilitation Facilitator, you will need:
- Post-secondary qualification in a related subject or Personal Support Worker certification
- Valid First Aid/CPR Level ‘C’ certificate
- Ability to speak French is an asset
This position requires a current criminal reference check with vulnerable screening.
