*This position requires a graduate of a recognized ECE program who has registered with the college of early childhood educators. Please do not apply if you are not a Registered ECE.*

We are reopening some of our classrooms that have been closed during the pandemic and are looking for staff members to fill multiple roles.

We are currently hiring for teaching positions in our licensed child care centres.  The positions offer 35-40 hours paid per week at a rate of $15.75 per hour, plus additional wage subsidies as available, for the first three months. The rate goes to $17.25 after 3 months.

Applicants must have:

– registration with College of ECE

– Criminal record check that is no more than 6 months old and includes a vulnerable sector screening

– First aid and CPR level c certification which is currently valid

– Up to date immunizations which include dates of Measles, Mumps, Rubella vaccinations, Tetanus, Diphtheria Polio vaccinations, and a clear TB skin test that is no more than 6 months old

Successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver quality early learning experiences for children between 1 and 4 years of age. They will plan and implement learning activities, complete documentations, and collaboratively maintain their learning environment. They will work with the centre supervisor to deliver excellent customer service to parents and families.
