Job Description

Successful manufacturer of Customer Residential Windows & Doors for over 35 years is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Receiver Lead to join their dynamic team on the afternoon shift.

Responsibilities:

Cycle Counting, Inventory control and Order picking
Putting raw material and inventory in proper storage locations
Loading work stations for following day production
Actively communicate with supervisor and managers to effectively handle required business levels.
Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively.
Understanding of company policy, procedures, performance and health and safety standards.
Waste collection, sorting and disposing.
Assist in the additional training of employees as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Education & Experience:

High School Diploma
Current Forklift Certification required
3+ years experience operating a forklift
3+ years leadership/supervisor experience
Excellent knowledge of receiving procedures
Core Competencies:

Proven communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize work assignments
Certified forklift operator (on all attachments) with a proven track record for safety and good driving skills
Strong analytical skills.
Capable of working with minimal supervision
First Aid and H&S Certified preferred but not required
Hours of Operation and Compensation:

Monday to Friday 3:00p.m. to 11:30p.m.
