Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Self Storage Customer Service person to become a part of our team! You will work with the Storage Facility Manager and help with customer service, administration, facility, and yard maintenance. The ideal candidate has excellent computer skills, strong phone etiquette must clearly speak and read English, and general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build positive customer service with new and current customers.
  • Answer the phones, email, and customer inquiries in a clear professional manner.
  • Follow up with clients as needed via telephone or email.
  • Process Move In and Move Outs by taking payments and signing leases.
  • Maintaining accurate records for each customer using Site-link software (training provided).
  • Keeping a current marketing log for all incoming calls and customers to track marketing activity.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 


Requirements & Prerequisites

  • Proficiency with computers and systems, MS Office including email correspondence, and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding Customer Service, and ability to build rapport with tenants.
  • Comfortable working alone.
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements.
  • Positive attitude and team player.

Must be able to work all weekends.

Schedule – Friday (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00AM to 5:00 PM) & Sunday (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Flexible to cover other shifts as needed.
