Night Shift Cleaner - 22 033
Job Description
You will be cleaning the inside of the Go Transit trains at the Stoney Creek location.
You will be working as part of a team of cleaners so you will never be working alone and there is a supervisor, manager or team lead always on site.
Cleaning duties include but are not limited to :
- Disinfecting all touch points
- Spot cleaning wall and windows
- Disinfecting seat dividers
- Disinfecting/cleaning washrooms and refilling paper towel, toilet paper and soap.
- Collecting garbage from floors and bins
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
Cleaning experience is not mandatory but is an asset.
The typical work week is 25.5-30 hours, however train schedules change, so start and end times need to be flexible for accommodation.
Night Shift Premium is included.
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal background check and be double vaccinated for Covid-19.
- Experience an asset, but will train.
- Access to own vehicle OR reliable transportation is required as the worksite is not on a bus route.
