Material Handler - Crane , Forklift
Job Description
Transcare Logistics Corporation is looking for Material Handlers to join our team as we are expanding.
Starting wage is $19.00 and can earn up to $22.00/hour via training progression. The more you learn the more you earn!
As a Material Handler you will be responsible for:
Truck, railcar and container loading and unloading of various heavy commodities
Operating equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts and shunt trucks
Various inventory control, housekeeping, warehousing, documentation and other activities
Working conditions
Operate in indoor and outdoor environments
Must be available for Continental Shifts – 12 Hours. Biweekly rotation of days and nights (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am).
Requirements & Prerequisites
Work in a safety-critical environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders or staircases, lift up to 50 lbs
Experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts is preferred
