Position:
Cooks are responsible for the preparation and transformation of taking quality ingredients and turning them into delicious, high-quality dishes. They should display a passion for the culinary arts, cooking with conviction and offer our guests thoughtful and genuine hospitality through our food.
Key Accountabilities:
· Good knife skills
· Understanding of professional kitchen systems.
· Participate in prepping stations for meal services and batch recipes.
· Follow direction and complete tasks in a timely manner, as well as accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the restaurant.
· Follow company policies and procedures.
· Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
· Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization practices, including maintaining workstation in an orderly manner.

Requirements & Prerequisites
What we would like you to bring to the table:
· Food Handler Certification
· Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is considered an asset.
· Strong work ethic – hard working and reliable.
· Organization and a strong focus and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work cohesively as a part of a team, but also able to work independently, when necessary, with minimal supervision.
· Positive attitude, motivation, and passion!
