Carruthers Landscaping is a landscape construction business located in Burlington, ON. We serve clients all over the Golden Horseshoe. Our goal is to create a truly unique outdoor space that exceeds the expectations of our clients. We create customized designs that include outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, water features, and beautiful gardens.

We are looking for hard-working and positive individuals to join our team!

Work Hours: 7 AM – 5 PM (increased and decreased as needed)

• Jobs located across the GTHA

What will you be doing?

• Assisting in the construction of landscape projects (patios, walkways, fences, decks, pergolas, hardscape features, & gardens)
• Transporting materials using shovels, wheelbarrows and hand lifting
• Digging of holes and trenches
• Cleaning and tidying of job sites
• Occasional driving of a truck
• Maintaining a professional and polite attitude with all clients

What are we looking for?

• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Positive attitude with an emphasis on organization, communication and punctuality
• Willingness to learn
• Physically capable of heavy lifting (50+ lbs), wheelbarrowing, & repetitive tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
• Valid Drivers Licence with a clean drivers abstract is an asset
• Previous experience within the landscape industry is an asset but not required
• Must have reliable transportation to our yard location, located in Burlington

Job Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: $15-$20 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time (Seasonal)
