Warehouse Kitchen Order Supervisor
Job Description
Seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to ensure all Daily/Weekly/Monthly Dish Orders are completed with accuracy, efficiency and a positive attitude.
Must be organized, able to work independently without supervision, and have the ability to motivate team members and keep all kitchen staff on task as required.
Responsible for keeping all kitchen workspaces & storage areas clean and properly labelled & inventoried. (Daily/weekly)
Including but not limited to:
Washing/drying/putting away dishware
Preparing outgoing orders (or checking orders)
Cleaning kitchen warehouse space/storage areas (daily/weekly)
Quarterly inventories
Washroom clean (all staff)
Helping with other cleaning tasks if/when required. (Tables/chairs etc)
Other Duties:
Responsible for all Food product ordering and inventory-(weekly checks)
Scheduling all kitchen staff to efficiently cover all shifts and ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner.
Promote a positive and healthy team environment.
Requirements & Prerequisites
Requirements:
Able to read/write/communicate in English.
Able to calculate and count orders. (addition/subtraction/multiplication)
Able to lift/push /pull 30 lbs regularly. (Dishware/crates)
Comfortable using ladders at heights to access warehouse shelving
Able to provide own/wear Steel Toed safety shoes
