What You’ll Be Doing

Hands-on general labour in industrial and outdoor settings across Hamilton
Lifting, moving, and loading materials (up to 50 lbs+)
Supporting crews with site setup, cleanup, and traffic control
Working in recycling facilities, wastewater plants, and production lines
Manual tasks like moving equipment, manholes, materials, and tools
Following all health & safety procedures on-site
What We’re Looking For

Previous general labour, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience is an asset
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work
Ready to work outdoors and across different environments
Reliable, punctual, and a genuinely strong work ethic
Can work independently and thrive as part of a crew
Steel toe boots required
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing
Traffic control or flagging certification
Forklift certification
