Requirements & Prerequisites

Legal Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Canada (valid Social Insurance Number).

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not strictly required.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, and bend,  (frequently lifting up to 25 lbs, such as stocking beverage crates, automotive fluids, and merchandise).

All-Weather Capability: Ability to work in outdoor conditions for short-to-moderate intervals for forecourt maintenance.

Reliable Attendance: Punctuality and dependable transportation to ensure timely shift relief, especially for early morning or night shifts.

Math & Cash Handling: Basic arithmetic skills to accurately handle cash, process credit/debit card transactions, and balance a till/POS drawer.

Communication: Clear, friendly verbal communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Prior Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, cash handling, or food service is an asset, but comprehensive training is provided for entry-level candidates.

Safety Mindset: Willingness to strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols, environmental regulations, and hazardous material handling (specifically regarding fuel safety and emergency shut-off procedures).
