Da-Lee Environmental Services provides treatment, disposal, transportation, and handling of a wide range of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid waste. Position Profile:
The DZ Driver will be responsible for operating Company vehicles. The Driver will transport, remove, deliver, and collect various liquid and solid wastes from local customer sites. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading trucks with a partner as well as yard work/general labour duties on occasion. The Driver will operate vacuum and box trucks, as well as any other equipment that requires a D/DZ licence for operation. The Driver will be responsible for following all health and safety procedures including clients’ procedures while on-site, completion of paperwork, safety inspections, and compliance with all applicable legislation.
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials
- Use of PPE (gloves, hardhats, safety shoes etc.)
- Some outdoor yard work which is dusty, noisy, and odourous depending on the season (exposure to elements)

Requirements & Prerequisites
Qualifications and Requirements:
- DZ licence in good standing with clean drivers abstract
- Experience driving DZ vehicles, direct experience with vacuum trucks would be preferred but not required
- Must be reliable and provide good customer service while on client sites
- Must be able to work as a member of a team as well as independently
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written required
- Must be able to successfully pass all required training and maintain all certifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 – 60 lbs with a partner
