We are a full service restaurant located in the heart of downtown Hamilton.

We are looking for a dedicated cook/kitchen hand  to join our team!

Thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment while dedicating time to expanding our clientele base and establishing the restaurant’s brand and reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination
  • Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines

Wage : $15-$18/Hr  plus bonuses

Requirements & Prerequisites

    • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
    • Passion for food and cooking techniques
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Good verbal communication skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
