This role is your entry-level opportunity to a long-term career in marketing and sales. Your main responsibility will be canvassing local neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners face-to-face, and generating quality leads for our sales team. You may also assist with promotional events and community outreach initiatives, depending on scheduling and need. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle.
Where You’ll Work:
Our office is located near Parkdale Ave. N and Brampton Street Hamilton, ON. This is a field-based role, primarily door-to-door and at community events. Service areas include Hamilton and surrounding regions within a 45-minute radius, such as Mississauga, Niagara Falls, Brantford, and more.
Industry / Products:
You’ll be representing a trusted roofing company since 1980 offering roofing, siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough services.

Base + Commission:
Hourly Base Pay: $20 per hour
Commission: $25 for each verified lead (a homeowner who agrees to a booked estimate) plus monthly bonuses available.

Requirements & Prerequisites
Valid driver’s license + vehicle
1+ years of sales and lead generation experience
Secondary School
Flexibility to work some late afternoon shifts and Saturdays
Proficiency with CRMs and MS Office (Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience in home improvement or construction is a plus
Comfortable following a script and structured approach
Able to pass a background check and comply with our drug & alcohol policy
Compensation Structure
Native or C2 level English proficiency in spoken and written communication
