Job Description
CableIT Inc. is a successful IT company that provides its clients with advanced IT solutions to support their current and future IT needs. We are a preferred partner of choice for services such as network cabling, network installations and management, WIFI installation and management, CCTV installations and Advertising portals through wifi services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (including but not limited to)
- Install network cable with minimal supervision
- Good mechanical aptitude – working with hand tools and power equipment
- Working with other team members to meet daily and weekly installation targets
- Maintaining professional attitude and always represent our company in a positive light
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements & Prerequisites
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST:
- Possess a High School GED or equivalent
- Be able to distinguish colours
- Be able to work for extended periods on their feet
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language
- Own CSA approved steel toed work boots and hard hat
- Supply basic personal tools once on the job
- Have reliable transportation and hold a minimum of a G-license with a clean driving record
- Able to work in various climates and conditions
- Be capable of physical labour with the ability to routinely and without limitation lift tools and materials – occasionally 50 – 75 lbs
- Able to work overhead – without limitation
- Comfortable with working at heights and in confined spaces
- Be capable and willing to wear proper PPE, including Covid 19 related PPE without restriction

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
