Job Description

Cook basic menu items: sandwiches (wraps), soups, salads, chicken, pastas
Assemble orders: specials, see menu items above
Use basic kitchen equipment: grill, oven, slicer, knives, commercial toaster
Store food properly: fridge, freezer (stand up and chest), dry pantry
Clean kitchen area: wipe counters, sweep and mop floor
Assist with unpacking shipments when necessary

Requirements & Prerequisites

Must be reliable, trustworthy, organized and willing to learn
Kitchen experience a strong asset (but not required) – passion for kitchen work
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs
Able to read instructions and labels in English
Safe Food Handler’s required (or willing to obtain upon hire)
MUST be available to work all shifts
Mature attitude, reliable
