Work Location: The employees will work in different locations. Four of our Hamilton facilities:

-1 Milton Avenue, Hamilton, ON L8N 6E5

-315 Main Street East, Hamilton, ON L8N 1H8

-43 Delaware Avenue, Hamilton, ON L8M 1T4

-119 Wentworth Avenue South, ON L8N2Y6

Type of Employment:Full time– Permanent

Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description:

-Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

-Dust furniture

-Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture

-Make beds and change sheets

-Distribute clean towels and toiletries

-Stock linen closet

-Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

-Disinfect operating rooms and other areas

-Attend to clients’ requests for extra supplies or other items

-Provide basic information on facilities

-Pick up debris and empty trash containers

-Wash windows, walls and ceilings

-Clean changing rooms and showers

Requirements:

-Education: not required

-Experience: experience is an asset

-First Aid certificate is an asset

Salary:$15.50, 40 Hours per week.

Benefits: Disability, dental and extended medical insurance provided. Meals, transportation costs covered if workers need to relocate.

Important Information:

-Rotating shift work, work days are Monday to Sunday, days off will be assigned on a rotational basis. Shifts will be distributed like this:

Mornings: 7AM to 3PM

Afternoon-Evenings: 3PM to 11PM

Overnights: 11PM to 7AM

-We are currently looking for people that can take care of four of our homes and keep them clean and organized for a quality lifestyle of our clients.
