Job Description

**FULL TRAINING PROVIDED – Permanent, Full time Entry Level**

Orlick is an automotive parts supplier producing aluminum components for many varieties of vehicles, with Honda being our largest customer.

Job Duties:

Load castings onto fixtures ensuring proper orientation and location. Ensure machine properly clamps the parts in place and activates the machine cycle.

Visually examine the machined work-piece to assess the quality of parts produced, as well spot-checks finished parts during machining cycles.

Perform quality gauging, SPC, packing etc. as determined by the job specific requirements

Responsible for hourly and daily record keeping/documentation such as parts produced

Responsible for consistent quality and productivity levels.


Requirements & Prerequisites

Heavy machinery manufacturing for Automotive parts

Fast paced environment – must be able to meet established quotas

Type of Machine or Equipment: Set Up or Operation of CNC Machines

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Clean, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail.
