Vietnamese Specialist Chef
Job Description
– Prepare, cook and present a variety of Vietnamese dishes, especially handle the Pho process from beginning to ready-to-serve.
– Suggest/plan new menus and determine the size of food portions.
– Help maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
– Provide new staff with proper training in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
– Inspect kitchen and work areas to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene.
– Must be willing to work shift and flexible hours. – Must be attentive to details.
Requirements & Prerequisites
1. Diploma or certificate in Cooking or Culinary.
2. One to two year experience in Vietnamese cusine.
3. Certificate in food safety and handling.
