SUMMARY

Miller Maintenance proudly provides maintenance services on Area Maintenance Contracts
for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation in all five of the Ministry’s Regions. Our leadership in the

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation of spreader, plow wing, combo unit or tow plow in a safe and efficient manner to carry out the clearing of local roads as per the contract requirements
• Maintaining accurate documentation including but not limited to fuel reports, safety reports and Hours of Service
• To maintain/clean equipment as required and conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as required
• Housekeeping duties within the shop, lunchroom, washroom, common areas and exterior of yard
• Operate specialized equipment, including winter equipment, as trained and able, and as required
• Familiar with performance requirements; understand route map and sand/salt application rate
• Available 24/7 and respond to call-ins within 30 minutes (evenings, weekends, nights and holidays)
• Perform other duties as required and as assigned including field maintenance operation
