Administrative Assistant
Become part of a stable company that has been doing business since 1984 providing custom engineered products utilized by heavy industry. Our client is looking for someone who will want to make a long-term commitment to become part of the administrative team in a strong, supportive environment.
Here is What You Will Be Doing
- Enter sales orders
- Issue purchase orders
- Perform shared accounts payable duties
- Perform general payroll duties
- Maintaining client records in an organized manner
- Other clerical tasks as assigned
Are you Qualified?
- Grade 12 Diploma Required
- 5 years office administrative experience an asset
Requirements & Prerequisites
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Very strong computer literacy
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Accounts payable and payroll experience
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solving skills required
- Candidates must be willing and comfortable speaking on the phone with clients
Working Conditions:
- Office environment – prolonged periods of sitting for up to 8 hours a day
