Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a medical or clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-desk reception and client support
- Faxing, data entry, and accurate file management
- Drafting and formatting forms, documents and letters
- Saving, organizing, and maintaining electronic records
- Communicating professionally with clients and therapists
- Assisting with billing and administrative follow-up
Wage: $22 per hour
Work schedule To Be Determined with employee. Flexibility within weekdays and regular business hours.
Requirements & Prerequisites
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role (previous experience in a medical, healthcare, or clinic setting preferred)
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and cloud applications
- Ability and willingness to learn our industry-specific software (e.g. HCAI, Skedulex, Dext, Plooto)
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Dependable with a strong sense of accountability
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
