The entire network employs over 15,000 people, serving more than 2.1 million customers each week. The company’s success can be attributed to the quality of our product, the development of our people and our warm and friendly customer service. We have been independently certified as a “Great Place to Work”.

We provide a very well-structured 4-6-week industry-leading training program where you will learn all aspects of scratch baking. Our bakers are well sought after in the industry. We donate all of our end-of-day baked goods to community charities.

Our Ancaster location is currently looking for people who want to pursue a career in baking. University/College/High School students looking for a short-term position need not apply.
