Our Heavy Equipment Technicians are the backbone of our operations, ensuring our rigs and machinery run at peak performance for safety, efficiency, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and repair geothermal drilling rigs
  • Service and troubleshoot heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, and grouting systems, plus small equipment such as pumps and heaters.
  • Collaborate with site foremen, shop hands, and other technicians to keep projects moving.
  • Travel to geothermal installation sites for servicing and minor repairs.
  • Work outdoors year-round—because sustainability doesn’t stop for the weather!

Requirements & Prerequisites

What We’re Looking For

  • Red Seal 421A License (Heavy duty Equipment Mechanic).
  • At least 3 years of experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and vehicle electronics.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean record
