Job Description
We provide cleaning services for kitchen exhaust systems for commercial hoods. We are general contractors based in Brantford, ON and travel all over the GTA. This job can be “dirty” – we are cleaning, scraping, and scrubbing grease from kitchen hoods, walls, and floors. We spend each day traveling to a variety of restaurants in different cities, each place is generally the same but conditions of the hood always vary.
We are still a growing small business and we are looking for someone to work anywhere between 5-15 hours a week with the opportunity for more hours in the future.
Duties:
- Assist Crew Leader
- Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Mopping
- Wipe down, scrub and dry exhaust hoods
- Clean surrounding areas
Work schedule: 3 days per week, 4 or 5 hours each day
Note: this role is bus accessible! Even though the job sites vary, we can arrange to pick employees up at a designated meet-up spot.
Requirements & Prerequisites
- G2 license would be an asset (Employer is flexible with this)
- Prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others on the team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends!
