Job Description
We require a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide in-home patient care at a residence located in Burlington. This position is a hybrid role that requires an RPN. However, the position also includes some housekeeping/caretaking duties;
Includes meal prep, light cleaning
Checking patient vital signs
Usage of feeding tube
Operating nebulizer to induce coughing
Providing mobility support
Activities of daily living
Administration; documenting/recording patient’s medication schedule
Requirements & Prerequisites
Must be a qualified Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Experience preferred
