Shipper/Receiver and Order Desk - 23 020
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive shipments of merchandise into the store and ship merchandise out to customers
- Make returns to manufacturers when necessary
- Provide customer service both in the store and over the phone
- Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom
- Answer customer and supplier phone calls
- Find merchandise for customers in the store’s computer system
Wage: $18-$25/hr (depending on experience)
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Must be computer literate (i.e. able to look up products using a computer)
- Presentable, pleasant, and ready to work
- Good telephone etiquette: able to answer phone calls
- Can multi-task effectively
- Physically fit
