Part-Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Our client is located in Brantford, Ontario and they are seeking an entry level On-Site Part-Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join their amazing team. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This would be a great opportunity for a recent HR graduate who has had some administrative responsibilities in a Co-Op or Intern role, to kick start their HR career.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with health and safety activities
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintain employee files, in compliance with HR regulations
- Compile reports from HRIS system
- Assist with recruiting activities and onboarding
- General office duties as required
Requirements & Prerequisites
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education
- Recent HR Graduate (considered a plus)
- Working towards CHRP designation (considered a plus)
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office word / excel
- Driver Licence Required (Public Transportation is not accessible)
