Part-Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Our client is located in Brantford, Ontario and they are seeking an entry level On-Site Part-Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join their amazing team. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This would be a great opportunity for a recent HR graduate who has had some administrative responsibilities in a Co-Op or Intern role,  to kick start their HR career.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with health and safety activities
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintain employee files, in compliance with HR regulations
  • Compile reports from HRIS system
  • Assist with recruiting activities and onboarding
  • General office duties as required

 

 


Requirements & Prerequisites

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education
  • Recent HR Graduate (considered a plus)
  • Working towards CHRP designation (considered a plus)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office word / excel
  • Driver Licence Required (Public Transportation is not accessible)
