Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm
Benefits available after 3 months
We specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke or water damage. Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration.
Job Summary
Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Reception:
• Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL)
• Perform excellent customer service
• Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
• Document calls for weekly call log report
Dispatch and Pending Follow-Up:
• Dispatch lead calls and job referrals
• Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
• Analyze dispatch report
Schedule Tracking and General Administration:
• Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics
• Coordinate on-call schedule
• Perform general administration
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Two years of business experience
- Working knowledge of operating a multi-lined telephone
- Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
